The visit takes twenty minutes. You walk through the classroom your little one would join, you meet their teacher and you see the full daily routine. We schedule it at whatever time works best for you.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The holiday calendar is published at the start of the year.

What happens when you come

Twenty minutes, in three parts.

The classroom for their age

You walk in during class hours, with the children and their teacher at work. You see the routine your little one would be living at that hour.

Their teacher

You meet her by name and she walks you through a full day in her group.

The details in writing

Tuition by age, hours, the yearly calendar and the date a spot would open in their group.

Many families pay tuition with a scholarship

Texas has a program that helps families pay for child care. It is called Child Care Services, it is administered by Workforce Solutions, and applying is free.

The application is completed online, on the official state website
It is for families who work, study, or are in job training
The amount depends on household income and family size
Workforce Solutions makes the decision, not the center

If you already receive the scholarship or are in the process, mark it when you schedule your visit and we will take it into account from day one.

The questions every parent asks

Answered before you have to ask them

How do I know what my child did all day?

Every family gets a daily report: meals, diaper changes, naps and the activities of the day. Your child's teacher goes over it with you at pickup, and we walk you through the format during your visit.

Who will be with my child?

Every group has its own assigned teacher, the same one every day. You'll meet them in person during the visit — that's the best way to know if they feel right to you.

How can I verify the center is in good standing?

Every licensed childcare center in Texas has a public inspection record on the state's website. You can read ours before you come.

Do you accept CCS from Workforce?

Yes. We work with Workforce Solutions. If your case is already approved, mention it in the form and we'll walk you through the process during your visit.

My child isn't potty trained yet. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Potty training happens at each child's own pace, in step with whatever you are doing at home.

Can I just walk in without an appointment?

You can, but scheduling works better: someone will be free to give you their full attention, and you'll see the classroom while there's activity rather than during nap time.
